Q: Do I need a developer?

Not if you can edit your own theme. It is two lines of HTML in total: one on the site, one on the product page. The dashboard checks both for you, so you paste a product URL and it tells you which piece is missing.

Q: Which stores does this work on?

Any store where you can add HTML to your pages. The widget doesn't need a platform API to show the scene: it reads the product code from the line you placed and loads the scene from there.

Q: How does the viewer know which product to show?

From the product code in the line you placed. Your template writes it for each product, the widget reads it, and it loads whichever scene you published for that product.

Q: Can I put it somewhere other than the product page?

Yes. The container is plain HTML, so a landing page, a lookbook or a campaign page works the same way, as long as it points to a product you have published a scene for.

Q: Will it slow my store down?

No. The widget only starts up once your page has loaded, and 3D files are compressed and downloaded only when a shopper opens the experience. Your product page's own load time is untouched.

Q: How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with 7 days free and no credit card. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going; if you don't, the subscription simply stops.

Copy one line from your dashboard and paste it into your site template, once. It loads on every page and does nothing until you place the button.

Mark the spot on your product page

Paste the container line where you want the button to appear: the line carrying id="custivo" and your product's code. Publish a scene and the button shows up.

You choose exactly where the button goes.

On every other platform, placement is a tug of war with a theme editor. Not here: the button appears exactly where you put the line, because that line is the button's place. Move the line and the button moves with it.

The container is the position

Wherever you paste it on your product page, that is where the Custivo button appears: under the price, next to the gallery, inside a tab. There is no position setting to wrestle with.

The product code says what to show

Your template writes each product's code into that line, the widget reads the code, and it loads the scene you published for that product. One line covers your whole catalog.
